Job summary

Five Below seeks Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain well-stocked floors, and ensure checkout experiences are seamless. The role is temporary for the holiday season, October through January, with hourly pay and a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, suggesting products, promoting events, handling returns as exchanges when possible, and collaborating with the team to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Learn procedural knowledge from on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and efficiently.
