Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for the Domain Northside location in Austin, TX. The role supports the store leadership team, delivers an unmatched customer experience, and handles selling, stock, and floor operations during peak season.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, restocking, and participating in loss prevention. Must be available for extended holiday hours and weekends; permanent opportunities may arise post-season.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods; reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel while stocking inventory.
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Sell and advise on Tecovas products with strong product knowledge.
• Handle cash wrap duties and transactions accurately.
• Restock and organize products on the floor and stockroom.
• Receive shipments and prepare products for floor placement.
• Track in-transit shipment information and communicate to leadership.
• Assist in loss prevention through cycle counts and transfers.
• Contribute to ongoing staff education with product knowledge.
• Assist in maintaining building facilities.
