This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and meeting daily goals while supporting merchandise and the store's operations. Seasonal colleagues are scheduled for 10-20 hours per week, with hours dependent on business needs and availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage them to understand needs and offer personalized recommendations.
• Help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting.
• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-sellers, stay updated on promotions.
• Focus on the customer with a warm welcome, eye contact, and personal conversations to build relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising, processing damages, returning items to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and assisting merchandise moves.
• Explain Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have what they need, ending with a thank-you.
