Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the busy holiday season (October through January).

You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, maintain stock levels, and ensure a smooth checkout experience at the register. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing needs, sharing product knowledge, making recommendations, and promoting store events.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and concerns courteously and professionally.
• On-the-job training will provide procedures and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience.
• Resolve customer concerns; aim to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate restocking and service needs to management in a timely manner.
• Support team and company goals to contribute to a positive environment.
