Job summary

Five Below is hiring part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday period (October through January). You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure the sales floor stays stocked while providing seamless checkout experiences.

The role requires strong people and sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including day, evening, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts. Starting pay is $15.92 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Use information gathering to solve problems.
• Learn procedural knowledge via on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and provide help with purchases.
• Assess needs, share product knowledge, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
• Inform customers about events, promotions, and activities to boost sales.
• Address concerns and offer solutions, aiming for exchanges when possible.
