Job summary

GameStop Corp. seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to support store teams during peak shopping periods. You’ll focus on sales, customer service, store maintenance, and inventory tasks, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced holiday environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, restocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and upholding company policies and safety standards. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs while delivering best-in-class service.
• Support store operations, including visual merchandising and holiday sales initiatives.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines, including restrooms.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to sales floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow loss prevention and safety practices and adhere to company policies.
