Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Las Vegas is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to bring the brand to life during the holiday period. You’ll greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to the right products, delivering the friendly, high-energy service our stores are known for.

You’ll participate in merchandising, enroll customers in rewards, and help maintain stock and presentation. The role emphasizes flexible shifts, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
• Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
