Job summary

Five Below is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service during the busy holiday season. You will help customers find affordable items, keep the sales floor stocked, and provide a seamless checkout experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, promoting promotions, handling returns/exchanges when possible, and supporting store operations with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• On-the-job training will teach procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly at the register.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and suggest exchanges when possible.
• Communicate restocking and service needs to management.
