Five Below is seeking seasonal part-time Sales Associates to be at the heart of the action during our busy holiday season – October through January. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure smooth checkout experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator who can engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Willing to learn procedures via on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, approaching and acknowledging them.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible.
• Communicate merchandise restocking needs to management.
