Carter’s is hiring a Holiday Helper to be the first face of the brand for families. You’ll help customers choose baby and children’s clothing, explain product features, and promote our rewards and promotions.

The role supports seamless in-store service, including omnichannel assistance, POS transactions, and floor replenishment. The position requires a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multitask during busy periods.

Competenze

• Must be available including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Resolve customer issues confidently in a busy retail environment.
• Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Assist customers using omnichannel channels to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions at the point of sale/register.
