Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Wiregrass Commons in Dothan, AL. You will work with the Local Manager to lead the team, support daily photo ops, drive sales and guest service, and ensure a memorable Santa experience during the busy season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable in a cash handling/sales position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.
• Availability to attend pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
• Minimum 20 hours per week.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values.
• Support opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, and scheduling.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Photography experience not required.
• Resolve customer concerns to support a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce senior management procedures.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting and other admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
