Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to join our team in Baltimore. You’ll work with the Local Manager to lead seasonal crews, drive photo operations, and deliver memorable guest experiences for families during the holiday season.

You’ll manage hiring, scheduling, training, and daily operations, while promoting safety, guest service, and sales excellence. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within our souvenir photography division.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership or management experience in retail or service.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team and make sound decisions.
• Available for pre-season training and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Local Manager in daily photo operations and staffing
• Coordinate opening-day preparations and scheduling
• Capture photos and help guests select keepsakes
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience
• Lead by example and reinforce management policies
• Support inventory, training, and recruiting
• Perform other duties as assigned
