Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Belleville, WI Fulfillment Center. The role offers full-time seasonal hours with training included, and additional pay premiums for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour with potential premiums; we provide a 40% employee discount, a dress code as comfortable as our clothes, and in-house forklift training. Join a team focused on in-person collaboration and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lb overhead and reach above head.
• Load/unload small vans up to 53 ft trailers.
• Lift/reach merchandise to 30 ft rack heights.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Safely operate moving equipment to add/remove stock.
• Restock picking bins from bulk locations using RF equipment.
• Move received merchandise to bulk locations using RF equipment.
• Perform Receiving, Replenishing or Inventory Control duties including cycle counts.
• Will work in other warehouse areas during downtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment on the floor as an Equipment Operator during peak season.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and stocking of merchandise with RF equipment.
• Support Receiving, Replenishing and Inventory Control processes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow Duluth policies.
