Position Overview:

$20.50/hour+Holiday Premiums. Forklift Training IncludedGear up for the season as a Duluth Equipment Operator! We'll train you in-house, pay you extra for evenings, overnights and weekends, and throw in a 40% employee discount and a dress code as comfortable as our clothes. You could be on the floor the week after you're cleared.

Available Shifts:

• Weekday Shifts: Monday - Friday 5:00AM - 1:30PM -
  can be flexible with later schedules
• Weekend Shifts: Friday - Sunday 6:00AM - 6:30PM -
  can be flexible with start times

Holiday Premiums:

• 2nd shift premium 5PM - 12AM: An additional $1.00/hr -
  valid November 9th - December 20th, 2026
• 3rd shift premium 12AM - 5AM: An additional $2.00/hr -
  valid November 9th - December 20th, 2026
• Saturday & Sunday Premium: An additional $3.00/hr -
  valid September 14th - December 20th, 2026
• Peak Holiday Premium:

Responsibilities:

• Drug Screen & Background Check Required
• Ability to reach above head to lift 30lb boxes
• Requires loading/unloading small vans up to 53 foot trailers
• Routine and regular raising lifts to remove or add boxes/containers to racking system to up to 30ft in height
• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures
• Safely operate moving equipment to add/remove stock
• Accurately and efficiently restock primary picking bins from bulk locations using RF equipment
• Move received merchandise from the staging area to bulk locations using RF equipment
• Perform duties of the Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control departments (including cycle counting when necessary)
• Perform return merchandise put away in the primary and special picking locations
• Will be expected to work in other areas of the warehouse during downtime in the replenishing and receiving areas
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
