Job summary

The Spice House, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Replenishment Associate to support our holiday PEAK season. This part-time, hourly role focuses on stocking, organizing, and assisting customers while keeping the store running smoothly during November 3rd through December 29th. Schedule is Tuesdays 9am-1pm, with possible weekend hours for POS support.

Ideal candidates are dependable, energetic, and detail‑oriented, able to balance operations with customer interactions and learn our POS systems quickly.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable to customers and team members.
• Self-motivated with initiative and flexibility.
• Ability to learn and use POS systems.
• Calm, professional demeanor during busy times.
• Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and keep the store organized and stocked during the PEAK season.
• Maintain product levels on sales floor and backstock areas.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing store and stockroom.
• Process customer purchases and enter orders as needed.
• Collaborate with Spice Merchants and store leadership.
