Job summary

Boscov's Department Store, LLC is hiring a Seasonal Retail Receiving & Stock Associate to keep merchandise flowing from receiving dock to sales floors. You will unload shipments, stock shelves, assist with event setups, and help customers with a friendly, professional approach.

Qualified candidates typically have prior retail stocking experience, forklift certification is a plus, and you must be able to work varied days including extended evenings and weekends at our Lancaster, PA locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage customers and provide excellent service.
• Forklift certification being helpful in daily duties.
• Strong verbal and written communication with coworkers, management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery and movement of goods throughout the store.
• Move merchandise to the selling floor or stockroom using manual methods or equipment.
• Assist with customer pickup at the guard booth or within departments.
• Maintain a neat and orderly receiving dock area and workspaces.
• Support set-up of special sales and events.
