Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Sales Associate/Photographer to welcome families and capture magical holiday moments on our Santa photo sets. You will bring warmth, energy, and top‑notch guest service to ensure a joyful photo experience from start to finish.

Candidates should be at least 16, able to lift 10–25 pounds, and comfortable working with families and children. If you enjoy fast-paced teams and love creating memorable experiences, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to process sales transactions; cash handling experience preferred.
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (photography experience not required).
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
