Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate/Photographer for our Santa photo sets in McAllen, TX. You’ll welcome families, engage with children, and capture magical holiday moments while delivering world-class guest service.

Flexible scheduling and same-day pay options support a busy seasonal role. Prior retail or cashier experience helps, but is not required; all training is provided to help you shine in a fast-paced, festive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
