Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Pinnacle Hills Promenade to welcome families, assist with Santa photo sets, and deliver warm guest service throughout the experience.

You will take photos (photography experience not required), operate the POS and photography gear, and help ensure a smooth, joyful visit for every family. The role offers flexible hours and growth opportunities within the holiday division.

Qualifications

At least 16 years of age.
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic.
Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
Operate POS system and photography equipment.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
