Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Danbury Fair Mall to greet families, capture memorable Santa moments, and provide warm guest service. You’ll welcome guests, engage with children, and help ensure a joyful photo experience from start to finish.

You will operate the POS and photography equipment, support a smooth operation, and work with a friendly team during peak retail hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexible to work during peak retail hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
