Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Sales Associate/Photographer to welcome families on our Santa photo sets and capture magical holiday moments. You’ll deliver warm, friendly guest service while helping create memorable keepsakes and smooth photo experiences from start to finish.

No photography experience is required, but you’ll learn on the job and work with a supportive team in a fast-paced, festive environment during peak retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; works well solo or in a team.
• Comfortable greeting families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to process sales and handle cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Willing to attend training meetings and complete courses.
• Flexible to work peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Retail, service or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service during the Santa photo set.
• Participate as a team member to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with children and families in a festive manner.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
