Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Sales Associate/Photographer to create memorable Santa photo experiences. You will welcome families, engage with children, and capture holiday moments while delivering warm guest service.

Role offers flexible scheduling in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth within our souvenir photography division. Prior photography experience is not required, and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic; able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to complete training and courses.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff and coworkers in a festive manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
