Job summary

A premier retail service organization in Birmingham, AL is seeking a part-time Holiday Merchandising Assistant. This role involves supporting the Brand Ambassador with merchandising and inventory control, effectively communicating with store management, and presenting a professional image. Ideal candidates should be energetic and motivated, possess reliable transportation, and have merchandising experience. The position entails executing duties primarily within the store environment for approximately 15 hours a week.

Qualifications

• Must display professionalism and be outgoing.
• Availability to work weekends as per Client requirements.
• Must have access to a personal computer with email and internet access.
• Reliable Transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Brand Ambassador with merchandising and inventory control.
• Provide weekly recaps to assigned Brand Ambassador and supervisor.
• Enter work timely and accurately into Natural Insights.
• Ability to read and implement Plan-O-Grams and Zone-O-Grams.
• Present a professional image and develop relationships with in-store personnel.
• Manage in-store hours and adhere to store policies.
