Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate (up to 19 hours/week) for the holiday season. You will greet customers, offer complimentary tastings, and support boutique operations to deliver an inviting coffee experience.

You’ll share our commitment to sustainability and premium coffees, guide customers on choices, manage POS, and help maintain a welcoming, safe boutique environment throughout open holiday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Passion for coffee and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming store experience.
• Provide tastings and explain coffee origins and blends.
• Operate POS and manage boutique operations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing boutique.
