Job summary

Shine of Franklin is hiring for temporary, full-time installers to join two-person crews installing Christmas lights on residential and commercial properties. This seasonal role offers steady hours during the holiday season with opportunities to move into year-round work on our window cleaning, power washing, and outdoor lighting teams.

You will work from our Spring Hill office, travel to jobsites in company vehicles, and receive weekly pay via direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Experience with working at heights using safety equipment.
• Experience with extension ladders or roofing preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in all temperatures.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Install holiday lighting on rooflines, gutters, trees, and landscaping
• Safely set up, move, and work from extension ladders
• Keep your supplies and tools organized throughout the day
• Work with your crew partner to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
• Interact professionally with customers on site
