Christmas Décor by A. Arsenault & Sons, Inc. is hiring an Installer - Holiday Lighting to install and remove seasonal lighting for residential and commercial properties across Massachusetts and Connecticut.

The role is hands-on, outdoors, and requires working at heights, with training provided to obtain a Massachusetts Pesticide License. Compensation starts at $22/hour with potential overtime during peak season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, materials and equipment.
• Prepare equipment and materials for daily installation projects.
• Install and remove holiday lighting and décor safely and efficiently.
• Apply decorating techniques for lighting bushes, windows, trees, roofs, etc.
• Operate trucks, trailers, and bucket trucks.
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, jobsites and a professional appearance.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and team.
