Job summary

Shine of Cincinnati is hiring holiday lighting installers for the upcoming season, with full-time employment opportunities afterward on our window cleaning and pressure washing team. The season runs from the last week of September through February, with installation, maintenance, and takedown duties at homes and commercial properties.

Experience in hands-on work is helpful but not required; reliable attendance, the ability to work outdoors, and a steady work pace are important.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and transportation to the reporting location.
• Comfort working with ladders, at heights, and outdoors in changing weather.
• Ability to handle physical work, including carrying equipment and climbing ladders.
• Willingness to learn installation methods and contribute to a crew.
• Attention to detail and respect for customers’ property.

Responsibilities

• Install roofline lighting, wrap trees and shrubs, and hang wreaths and garland at homes and commercial properties.
• Prepare materials and work with your crew to complete clean, professional installations.
• Test lighting and handle maintenance visits throughout the season.
• Remove, label, and pack lighting after the holidays.
• Keep equipment, vehicles, and job sites organized.

If you’re dependable, comfortable with physical work, and want your performance to show up in your paycheck, we’d like to talk.

Shine of Cincinnati is hiring holiday lighting installers for the upcoming season, with full-time employment opportunities afterward on our window cleaning and pressure washing team.

Experience in landscaping, construction, roofing, painting, window cleaning, or other hands‑on work translates well to this position.

Pay and benefits

• $20–$25 per hour, based on relevant experience and skills.


• $50 daily performance bonus on qualifying workdays, in addition to hourly pay.


• Full-time employment opportunities beyond lighting season for those interested in joining our window cleaning and pressure washing team.


• Weekly pay.


• 30-day pay review, with an opportunity to increase your hourly rate within the advertised range based on demonstrated skills, reliability, and work quality.


• $100 work-gear allowance after 30 days toward boots or cold-weather clothing.


• Schedules communicated in advance, with updates when weather affects the work.

Daily performance bonus requirements will be explained during hiring.
