Humbug Holiday Lighting of Suburban Essex is seeking hands-on, energetic Holiday Lighting Installation Technicians to join our seasonal crew in Millburn, NJ. You will install, hang, and secure lighting displays on properties and safely operate ladders to reach heights.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible seasonal schedule including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and delivering quality installations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work in varying weather.
• Positive attitude and strong customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, hang, and secure holiday lighting displays on residential and commercial properties.
• Safely operate ladders and work at heights to complete roofline, gutter, and tree lighting installations.
• Remove and store lighting systems at season end.
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting issues, including bulb replacements and electrical connections.
• Maintain and organize equipment, tools, and lighting inventory in company vehicles.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on job sites.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures while working on ladders and rooftops.

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on ladders and rooftops

Requirements:
