Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Exterior Cleaning Technician and holiday light installer to join our outdoor services team. You’ll perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and related tasks for residential and commercial customers.

This full-time role emphasizes physical work, teamwork, safety, and growth into higher-paying positions. We offer paid training, 32+ hour weeks, competitive hourly pay with bonuses and tips, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must be able to lift and handle ladders up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet all day.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior cleaning services (windows, siding, driveways, etc.).
• Safely use ladders and equipment on job sites.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete daily jobs.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate with customers on-site when needed.
