Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking a Retail Audio Product Specialist to represent a major audio brand inside Best Buy stores. You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, educate shoppers on key features and benefits, and help drive sales of premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other audio products.

This is a short-term holiday assignment requiring availability on specific dates and five-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience preferred.
• Interest in consumer electronics and technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent a major audio brand professionally within Best Buy stores.
• Engage customers and identify their audio and technology needs.
• Demonstrate features of premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other audio products.
• Educate customers to select the best product for their needs.
• Drive product awareness and sales through demonstrations and engagement.
• Collaborate with Best Buy staff to support the overall customer experience.
