Job summary

Borsheims is seeking a temporary Holiday Gift Wrap Associate to join our team. This role delivers our Signature Service by preparing beautifully wrapped packages and inspecting merchandise for quality.

You will wrap items to brand standards, maintain gift wrap supplies, greet customers at the gift wrap counter, and assist with packaging accuracy while staying efficient, detail-oriented, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or gift-wrapping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow wrapping standards.
• Manual dexterity and comfort handling small or delicate items.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly communication and a customer-service mindset.
• Dependable, organized, and able to collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Wrap and box merchandise neatly according to store standards.
• Inspect and clean merchandise prior to packaging.
• Match sales receipts to items for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory of gift wrap supplies and restock as needed.
• Greet customers and assist them at the gift wrap counter.
• Carry packages for customers upon request.
• Keep gift wrap area clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
