Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during peak holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure proper presentation on the selling floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and stay aware of safety best practices.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
