Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Belleville, WI Fulfillment Center. This full-time role offers night and weekend shifts with premium pay opportunities, plus in-house forklift training and a generous 40% employee discount.

Training is provided in-house, with a fast ramp to the floor after clearance and background checks. We emphasize in-person collaboration, safety, and hands-on warehousing tech.

Qualifications

• Drug Screen & Background Check Required
• Ability to reach above head to lift 30lb boxes
• Requires loading/unloading small vans up to 53 foot trailers
• Routine and regular raising lifts to remove or add boxes/containers to racking system to up to 30ft in height
• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Safely operate moving equipment to add/remove stock
• Move received merchandise from the staging area to bulk locations using RF equipment
• Restock primary picking bins from bulk locations using RF equipment
• Perform Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control duties (cycle counting when necessary)
• Perform return merchandise put away in the primary and special picking locations
