Job summary

• Comfort interacting with clients on-site, with professional communication and customer service skills.
• Reliability in following directions, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends during busy holiday seasons.
• Prior experience in retail, event staging, decorating, or interior/exterior design support is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to Hudson, OH and local client locations.

Role Description This is a part time on-site Holiday Decorating role based at Essentials Garden & Outdoor Living in Hudson, OH. The team member will assist with planning, staging, and installing holiday and seasonal décor in residential and commercial spaces, including trees, garlands, wreaths, lighting, and table settings. Daily tasks include unpacking and organizing inventory, preparing decorations, loading and unloading materials, and helping with store and showroom displays. The role involves working on-site at client locations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the design team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high aesthetic standard. Evening and weekend hours may be required during peak holiday periods.
