Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is opening a brand-new boutique at Mall of Millenia in Orlando for the holidays. We are hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate (up to 19 hours per week) through January 10th to greet customers, offer tastings, and create a welcoming coffee experience.

Join a fast-paced retail team, share our mission on sustainability, and enjoy free coffee, product discounts, and a pathway to permanent employment. Availability for open/close shifts, weekends, and holiday hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
• Elevate hospitality in the boutique providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee.
• Guide customers on their coffee journey by providing coffee tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee.
• Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software.
• Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety-first mindset.
• Collaborate with teammates for a cohesive work environment.
• Full availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours through January 2027 is required
