Makeready LLC's The Junto in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Seasonal Server to join during the holiday season. You will help create joyful guest experiences, serve cocktails and a limited food menu, and support the Santa Baby concept with warmth and hospitality.

You will work in a busy hotel bar environment, learning a curated menu of holiday drinks, ensuring quality, accuracy, and friendly service. Prior hospitality experience is valued; flexible scheduling is available.

• Accurately take and enter guests’ cocktail and beverage orders, paying close attention to details, preferences, and any noted allergies or restrictions
• Use in-depth knowledge of seasonal and signature cocktails to make confident, tailored recommendations
• Ensure prompt and professional delivery of beverages, coordinating efficiently with bar staff even during peak holiday rushes

This position will primarily supportSanta Baby, featuring a standard bar along with a curated menu of holiday cocktails. There is also the potential to work in other experiences throughout the hotel as needed. The individual will be responsible for learning and confidently executing a limited menu of small plates, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficient service throughout the holiday season.
