Stand Out For Good, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service, build relationships, and share product knowledge while maintaining a clean, inviting store.

Reporting to Store Leadership, you will help reach sales goals, handle transactions accurately, participate in opening/closing tasks, assist with inventory, and represent the brand with professional appearance; weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
May require occasional climbing of ladders and stairs.

Responsabilités

Locate merchandise efficiently and maintain organization on the floor.
Process register transactions accurately and handle cash without error.
Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Store Leadership, the Brand Representative (Sales Associate) drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service, through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well-maintained store environment. Consistently achieves individual sales associate goals, which support store goals.

Adheres to loss prevention practices and is aware of and reports potential incidents, to ensure shortage control and to protect Company assets
Maintains a safe work environment and reports any potential hazards to leadership
Participates and assists in the preparation for the stores’ inventory
Reports to work as scheduled; records time worked accurately by using Altar’d State’s time and attendance system; remains flexible to the needs of the business

Presentation

Assists in the construction of merchandising and window displays
Maintains a clean and presentable store environment
Represents the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming

Qualifications

Brand Representatives (Sales Associates) must be at least 18 years of age
Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently.
May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
