Tecovas in Fort Worth is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store leadership team and deliver an unmatched customer experience. You'll greet customers, assist with sales, and manage cash wrap, restocking and shopkeeping.

This temporary role starts in early October and runs through mid-February, with potential to transition to a permanent Sales Associate based on performance. Flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30lbs.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Greet customers, sell, and handle cash wrap.
• Receive shipments and prepare products for floor placement.
• Track in-transit shipments and communicate with leadership.
• Maintain organized stockroom for accessibility.
• Assist with restock process to maintain stock levels.
• Support loss prevention and cycle counts.
• Assist with building maintenance and shop upkeep.
