Job summary

Salvation Army TX-Freeport Corps is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Driver to operate non-DOT vans for Christmas Angel Tree and kettle program transportation. You will move bell ringers to worksites, collect gifts, and support distribution logistics while ensuring vehicle and donation security.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of driving experience, and a valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drives vans to transport bells ringers to kettle work sites and pickups as scheduled.
• Drives vans or trucks to and from locations to pick up gifts and deliver to the Christmas warehouse or Corps.
• Drives to homes, agencies, churches and other designated locations to collect gifts, stockings, etc.
• Maintains cleanliness of the vehicle inside and outside; assists with setup for Christmas displays as needed.
