Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer for its East Syracuse, NY facility to support planning and fabrication of specialty PCBs and to work onsite with cross-functional teams.

You will conduct root cause analysis, employ DOE, troubleshoot equipment software, and drive process improvements while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1–4 years as a Process Engineer, PCB fabrication experience a plus.
  • Strong root-cause analysis, DOE capability, and cross-functional communication.

Furthermore, they do not establish a contract for employment and are subject to change at the discretion of the employer.Essential Knowledge and Skills :Education: Bachelor’s Degree: Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringExperience: 1 to 4 years of experience as a Process Engineer. 1+ years in a PCB fabrication environment a plus.Additional Job DescriptionInterface with various departments to maintain, analyze, and improve all processes, production and associated controlled documentation.Internal and external qualification of new processes.Root cause analysis of day-to-day issues associated with the departments.Evaluation of equipment through DOE and capability testing.Accountable for programming and troubleshooting of equipment software.Provide technical and analytical support for all customers and suppliers associated with product and chemical processes, respectively.Communicates regularly to supervisors and managers, suggests and composes procedural changes, maintains a clean, safe work environment, and communicates to Supervisors’ safety hazards and issues.Generates, accumulates, and handles hazardous wastes generated in daily operations, as directed by the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager.Responsibilities include the reporting of all accidents, near misses and safety concerns. Perform their job duties utilizing the required and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:$58,857 - $98,095Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
