Redpath is seeking a Hoist Operator to move personnel, materials and rock within mine shafts while maintaining safe hoist operation. Responsibilities include daily inspections, testing safety devices, recording tests, and operating controls per shaft signaling systems.
Qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years in hoist operation, with knowledge of WHMIS, MSDS, and hoisting signals. Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential.
