The role requires close collaboration with the General Manager and Hockey Programs Manager, emphasizing strong communication and organization. The position is a hybrid on-site role with no remote work eligibility.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Functional knowledge of business practices and terminology.
• Excellent organization and communication skills with a willingness to learn.
• Effective problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexibility and availability to interact with employees and customers at all levels.
• Preferred technical skills include Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Hockey section of StarCenter’s webpage and ensure updates.
• Schedule and verify past game results and upcoming schedules with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain a customer contact list for communications.
• Maintain and review the StarCenter Hockey Pro List.
• Ensure Hockey Programs follow all rules and guidelines.
• Assist in processing registrations and collecting payments by due dates.
• Assist in building Leagues, creating and distributing game schedules.
• Assist with communications to customers about program notifications and evaluations.
