Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company Inc is seeking a Pool Maintenance Specialist to manage daily pool care for HOA properties across our California portfolio. You will ensure cleanliness, water quality, and safe operation of pool systems.

You will maintain records, follow health & safety standards, and coordinate with lifeguards and management to meet regulatory requirements. A strong emphasis on reliability and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool maintenance or related field is typically required.
• CPO or AFO certification may be required by state or local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of pool equipment, chemical handling, and safety regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
• Maintain chemical levels (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.) through water tests and adjustments.
• Backwash filters and clean skimmers, baskets, and pumps.
• Monitor and maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) for optimal function.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinating repairs or replacements.
