HomeTeam is seeking a pest control technician to service HOA communities in the Mesa area. You will diagnose pest issues, present solutions, and maintain a professional appearance with company truck and equipment.

A valid pest control license and a commitment to ongoing training are required, with a flexible 40-hour schedule and opportunities for advancement. You will work in a supportive environment with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Servicing HOA communities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners daily as you work your route.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Flexible 40hr work schedule.
