The ideal candidate brings strategic, hands-on leadership, strong financial acumen, and outstanding communication skills. This solo operation requires proactivity and high standards in a service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• CMCA certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-rise HOA or Multifamily.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and WRMC.
• Lead day-to-day operations to deliver an elevated resident experience.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Prepare and present the annual budget and provide ongoing financial insights to the Board.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and maintenance standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure service excellence.
• Lead the bidding process for third-party services and oversee special projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop on-site staff, fostering a collaborative and professional culture.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Oversee community meetings, annual elections, and Board communications.
• Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed
