Job summary

gpac is assisting a prestigious Baltimore law firm seeking a seasoned real estate attorney with HOA/condo experience. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of transactional real estate work and be admitted to the Maryland bar, capable of handling organizational documents, easements, and due diligence.

The role offers strong training, a collaborative environment, and competitive compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

4+ years of transactional experience in real estate, HOAs, condo associations or corporate governance.
Prepare and record organizational documents related to HOAs, condominium, and community associations (Declaration, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, Rules and Regulations, etc.).
Prepare and record easements, maintenance agreements, and other instruments relating to developments.
Review plats, plans, title, and other due diligence documents to prepare community/HOA/condominium documents.
Admitted to Maryland bar.

Responsibilities

Prepare, record, and file HOA/condo/association organizational documents.
Record easements and maintenance agreements for developments.
Review title, plats, and due diligence for association documents.
Collaborate with partners to ensure accurate governance filings and documentation.
