CAMS (Community Association Management Services) in Columbia, SC is seeking a part-time Community Compliance Inspector to conduct on-site property inspections for a Master Homeowners Association. You will inspect as needed and communicate infractions to management.

The role requires use of a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursed; hours are 20-24 per week with morning shifts available, ensuring detailed documentation and timely follow-up on violations.

Responsibilities

• Drive throughout the community to inspect property and common areas.
• Investigate complaints and respond as directed.
• Note and record new violations and update status of existing violations.
• Maintain data and update violations on a tablet, smartphone, or computer.
• Communicate with the manager, other employees or clients.
• Produce reports as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
