Oscar in Boston seeks a Client Advisor for HNW/UHNW private clients to help successful people manage international residence, wealth and lifestyle decisions. This role is relationship-driven, built on trust, networks and turning connections into business.

You will grow a long-term book with referrals, partner with private bankers, wealth managers, lawyers and tax advisors, and represent the firm in Boston’s private wealth community, with a base of $90K–$100K plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Ability to generate new business through referrals.
• Strong network in private banking or wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals and families.
• Generate new business through networking and referrals.
• Develop partnerships with private bankers, wealth managers, lawyers, family offices and other trusted advisors.
• Run consultative conversations around complex international goals.
• Work alongside specialist teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Build a long-term book of relationships and repeat/referral business.
• Represent the firm across Boston's private wealth and international business community.
