Qualifications

• 5+ years personal lines experience with a background in HNW client/account management services.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate policy change requests and issuance of documents.
• Address client questions regarding premiums and assist with claims.
• Evaluate policy coverages for adequacy and re-market renewals as needed.
