Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred (or equivalent through work experience).
• 3+ years in finance/banking industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Power Point and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients: complete paperwork and setup accurately.
• Follow up on funds transfers from surrendering company.
• Maintain CRM-Salesforce database and client records.
• Research and resolve issues with Broker/Dealer, operations, and vendors.
• Record incoming assets and prepare materials for client meetings.
